My name is Silvia Kopčeková, I am a personal fitness trainer, professional, motivator, coach and psychologist in one.
I have dedicated my whole life to sport, from volleyball, handball to ice hockey, which I played professionally for Zvolen (Slovakia) for almost 10 years. Finally, the world of fitness became my passion. I compete in the bodyfitness category.
Since I have been working in Spain - Barcelona - in recent years, I have a plenty of experience in the field of fitness. I´m the holder of several certificates - personal and sports coach, sports nutrition, expert in diets and nutrition. I help my clients to change their live, to make them not only feel much better in their body, but also
to increase their self- confidence and quality of life.

Initial consultation
Agreement of mutual rules of cooperation, where I emphasize a special approach to each client with regard to discretion, correctness, quality, method and correct technique of performing individual exercises, health, leisure and his expectations.

Training plan
Only doing exercises by itself isn‘t enough. In order to achieve the desired success, we must also include a healthy diet, as well as regeneration. The training plan is modified from the client's progress.

Client care
Even after achieving common results, I do not forget my clients.

I made many mistakes in my beginnings and, despite increased efforts, I did not achieve the desired results.

It's very important not to compare yourself with others, as people have different needs, some want to gain weight, some exercise due to physical condition or lose weight. No less important role is played by genetics, health condition but also the current mental mood of a person. That´s why I am not just a personal trainer but also a couch and a motivator, and I know how important the mental support is.
